1.Download the latest version of the upgrade package from the “upgrade package” page (pay attention to the scope of the upgrade package, usually download the latest one), and download the corresponding upgrade package according to your video compiler type number.

2.Go to the system Settings page of the video encoder, “select file” and then “upload” the upgrade package you just downloaded (xxx.bin).

3.After the progress bar reaches 100%, we need to wait for a while until the system prompts “Upload success, effect after reboot”, and then we restart the video encoder system.(Note: some upgrade packages require two system restarts to take effect.)

4.After the system is upgraded, it will not change the IP address you set before, please visit the original IP address.

5.For the upgrade package covering multiple models, the upgraded default model may be inconsistent with the product model you purchased. You need to manually modify the corresponding video encoder model. Please visit “http://IP/fac.php”, select your video encoder model, and then restart the system.
